BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider by the American Heart Association (AHA)

1 years of experience working as Medical Assistant preferred

We are currently recruiting for the following specialties:

Minimum of 3 years management experience with increasing levels of responsibility within facilities services or other service related field preferred

Experience in working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management preferred

Vendor management including vendor relations, coordination with outside vendors, performance and quality level monitoring, and researching new vendors

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Strong customer service skills required with the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form

Continue to develop wine knowledge, business acumen and sales skills to increase professional acumen

Establish and maintain rapport with store managers, liquor department managers and other store personnel

Prioritize and plan account activities by completing preplans and recaps to District Manager

Other duties as to be assigned by Royal District or Region Manager

Ability to travel within California up to 6 times per year, out of the territory, for education and training

Reports to: District Manager – Royal Division

Must have full knowledge of specials and soup of the day

Knowledge of Togo/Delivery and catering menus; know how items are prepared; know ingredients in all menu items

Ability to maintain Mary's score cards standards

Ensure customers are not on hold for more than sixty seconds

Ensure all phone calls are answered within two rings.

Demonstrate Mary's suggestive selling techniques
