Overview The Early Education Director is responsible for the overall management and operation of an early education program. This includes overseeing the curriculum, staff, budget, and other administrative tasks. The Early Education Director is also responsible for ensuring the program meets all state and local regulations and standards. This includes overseeing the curriculum, staff, budget, and other administrative tasks. The Early Education Director is also responsible for ensuring the program meets all state and local regulations and standards. The Early Education Director is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and ensuring the program is meeting the needs of the children and families it serves. The Early Education Director is also responsible for ensuring the program is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of early childhood education and development
• Knowledge of state and local regulations and standards
• Ability to manage staff and budgets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Knowledge of child safety and health regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Valid state teaching license

• Knowledge of early childhood education and development
• Knowledge of state and local regulations and standards
• Knowledge of child safety and health regulations

• Participate in meetings and other events related to the program
