They may be responsible for providing direct instruction to children, helping to create lesson plans, supervising children during activities, and helping to maintain a clean and organized classroom. They may also be responsible for helping to develop and implement behavior management strategies, providing feedback to teachers and other staff, and helping to ensure that the program meets all safety and health regulations.
