Early Childhood Paraprofessionals are responsible for providing support to teachers and other staff in a variety of early childhood settings. They may work in daycare centers, preschools, or other early childhood programs. They are responsible for helping to create a safe and nurturing environment for children and helping to ensure that the educational goals of the program are met. They may be responsible for providing direct instruction to children, helping to create lesson plans, supervising children during activities, and helping to maintain a clean and organized classroom. They may also be responsible for helping to develop and implement behavior management strategies, providing feedback to teachers and other staff, and helping to ensure that the program meets all safety and health regulations.
