The Eagle Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analyzing business requirements and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

• Developing and maintaining system documentation.

• Developing and maintaining system test plans.

• Developing and maintaining system user manuals.

• Developing and maintaining system training materials.

• Providing technical and business analysis services to the organization.

• Providing support to users of the organization’s systems.

• Troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions.

• Working with other departments to ensure system requirements are met.

• Working with vendors to ensure system requirements are met.
