Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrates knowledge of liquor laws.

Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.

Sets up assigned bars; requisitions and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.

Maintains stock, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.

Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.

Takes and/or processes orders for drinks; mixes, garnishes and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practices prudent portion control.

Work with the NAL Corporate Travel Manager to manage compliance to company travel policy and preferred vender programs.

Working knowledge of travel systems and Concur

Minimum of four days in the office and one remote

Assist with utilizing unused tickets on file for travelers.

Assist with special requests to coordinate travel arrangements.

Develop pricing skills and market knowledge

Assisting the department in day-to-day projects, sale preparation and client management

Assisting the department with valuations and appraisal projects, including data entry

2 years of experience in the art world is preferred (auction house experience ideal)

Good, general knowledge of American Art

A team player with excellent communication skills
