Overview Pt Dor is a position that requires a person to provide physical therapy services to patients. The physical therapist will assess the patient’s condition, develop a plan of care, and provide treatment to help the patient reach their goals. Detailed Job Description The physical therapist will assess the patient’s condition and develop a plan of care to meet the patient’s individual needs. The physical therapist will provide treatment to help the patient reach their goals. This may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other modalities. The physical therapist will also provide education to the patient and their family about the condition and the treatment plan. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
• Ability to assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Current state license in physical therapy
• CPR certification
