Pay Rate : $30/hr. on W2(without benefits)

Maintains audit reports and follows-up about audit observations from customer, corporate, certification, and regulatory audits

Maintains raw material and finished good assessments and updates specifications to match current requirements

Assists in annual certification renewals and follow-ups including tracking costs and requesting purchase orders.

Must be able to work remotely primarily as well as in-person when necessary (minimal)

Experience working in an administrative or systems coordinator role

5+ years of experience in clinical documentation management.

Collaborate closely with Process, Documentation and Learning Management function, as required.

Strong project management; exhibits expertise in metrics analysis and reporting methodologies.

Demonstrated knowledge on Microsoft Office skills and well versed in industry trends and emerging technologies supporting documentation practices.

Establish and maintain curricula and learner roles in Veeva Vault training; create training requirements and release training assignments.

Sound working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Any experience in the nutrition or food industry will be a big plus.

Will also consider customer service background with documentation skills.

2 to 4 year's experience.

Documentation update project; Ingredients specification: Incoming and Outgoing

Must be good at using Excel.

Maintain and check the tracker to ensure documentation updates are done within a set timeline.

Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Remain current and ensure compliance with relevant code requirements

Effective organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with previous manufacturing experience.

Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.

Responsible for the review and approval of internal and supplier generated documents.

Must have experience with Veeva.

Responsibilities of the QA Documentation Specialist:

Requirements of the QA Documentation Specialist:

Will assist Quality department with uploading historical quality documentation into Veeva.

Reads, understands, and follows SOP’s and complies with cGMP’s.

Reviews documented information from their functional area, reports abnormalities.

Experience in Health IT or similar role working with HAIMS preferred.

Work will be performed at the US Coast Guard headquarters in Washington DC.

Must be US Citizen with ability pass background investigation to obtain government clearance.
