They are responsible for ensuring that all documents are scanned and indexed correctly, and that all documents are stored in the correct location. Detailed Job Description The HIM Documentation Imaging Tech is responsible for the accurate and timely scanning of medical records into the electronic health record (EHR) system. They are responsible for ensuring that all documents are scanned and indexed correctly, and that all documents are stored in the correct location. The HIM Documentation Imaging Tech is also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the EHR system, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Job Skills Required
