Assisting with the project management of a variety of content campaigns and initiatives as needed

1+ year(s) of experience producing marketing content in beauty, consumer or a similar industry.

Experience working in a diverse professional setting with a strong sense of cultural sensitivity is a must.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills are a must

Strong communication skills and capable of working with multifunctional groups to move project forward

Support the strategy and execution of various digital projects- marketing emails, web updates, List management, campaigns, and promotions.*

Own, oversee, and develop emails (promotional, informational, etc.) for assigned brands and launch them on a timely basis.*

Preflight, test, and deploy emails on a daily basis. Support enhancing email templates with current industry best practices.*

Perform regular audits of sites and channels to ensure content is accurate, fresh, and reflective of campaign initiatives.*

Serve as an on-call Digital Rep for mandatory website updates during off-hours.

Perform other duties as assigned.
