Overview Document Technicians are responsible for the organization, maintenance, and retrieval of documents in a variety of formats. They are responsible for ensuring that documents are properly stored, organized, and accessible. Document Technicians may also be responsible for scanning, indexing, and archiving documents. Detailed Job Description Document Technicians are responsible for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving documents in a variety of formats. They must ensure that documents are properly stored, organized, and accessible. Document Technicians may also be responsible for scanning, indexing, and archiving documents. They must be able to work with a variety of software programs and hardware devices, such as scanners, printers, and copiers. Document Technicians must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must be able to work with a variety of people, including clients, colleagues, and vendors.
