Document Review Team Lead Jobs

3+ years of document review experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, consulting firm, or managed review provider

2+ years of quality control experience on managed review projects

Be one of the principal internal points of contact for review teams during DISCO Managed Review projects

Assist the Review Manager with providing reviewers with necessary feedback and guidance to deliver industry leading speed and accuracy

Work closely with Review Managers and other internal DISCO stakeholders by providing feedback and feature requests

Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications

The pay range is $30-$36 per hour and is dependent on skill level and experience.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including table and chart formatting skills and use of functionality such as pivot tables and charts.

Clear and concise communication skills, which includes the ability to clearly relay information to a team of reviewers.

Significant prior experience with Relativity and AI tools.

At least 2 years of Relativity experience.

Strong written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels.
