Manage projects, including timelines, staffing, work plans, and budgets.

Develop relationships with government agencies, education institutions, and nonprofit organizations to participate in program evaluation and technical assistance projects.

At least two years of experience applying behavioral science or design to government or nonprofit programs.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills, specifically with collecting, organizing, and sorting letters and numbers

One to three years of related experience

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Experience with electronic document review technology

2+ years legal support experience

Manage dossier content and agency questions delivery timelines aligned with global CMC submission timelines.

Must possess a thorough understanding of the source documentation requirements needed for regulatory submissions and the correlation to the authoring process.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Outstanding verbal and writing communication skills, attention to detail, strong planning, organizational and negotiating skills, with focus on timely delivery.

Proficiency in commonly used applications like Word/Excel is required. Documentum experience is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in quality management.

Prepare support documentation and for document management plans.

Bachelor’s degree in information management, library science, or other related degree field.

Minimum of 3 years performing in a document management role.

Project management competency and ability to properly manage time.

Ensure records are maintained in compliance with federal recordkeeping requirements.

Confirm all closing documents are signed and dated properly

Clear all post conditions as applicable

Follow up with applicable parties on any incorrect or missing documents

Notate LOS on all follow up

Communicate with branch and other departments on status of follow up

Cure all post-closing and suspense items as well as communicate with post-closing/insuring departments on status

Being a team player and working with Project Managers to meet on-time deliverables and support project budgets and deadlines

Maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm approach

Critical thinking skills that will aid you in your journey to analyst and digest dense material

A law degree (Juris Doctor or LLM)

Fluency in the language is a must. Passing ALTA test required (we can provide).

Must be able to work onsite
