Divisional Operations Director Jobs

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a President or GM role within a steel manufacturing distributor

Demonstrated experience managing a $250M+ P&L and driving financial performance

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision making skills

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in academic education.

Assigns faculty responsibilities in collaboration with the Dean, Associate Dean, and Director of Clinical Placement.

Mentors and supports nursing faculty in carrying out their responsibilities.

Role involves some teaching responsibilities in the nursing programs depending on the candidate’s expertise.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing practice.

Experience in academic and/or health care administration preferred.

A highly skilled manager with well-rounded experience and lean knowledge in manufacturing environment is preferred.

Experience in the manufacturing process as a Plant Manager or above level with management responsibility is required.

Provide leadership, direction and management over manufacturing, engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, marketing, and sales for a plant.

Additional duties as assigned by management

Working knowledge of industry quality standards ISO 9001 and AS9100

Experience in the manufacturing environment of aerospace interconnection assemblies, high technology products and/or of electrical/electronic-manufacturing is highly desirable.

Prior sales management experience required

Ensure profitable sales revenue growth through planning, execution and management of a direct sales team.

5-7 years automotive industry experience preferred

Must possess strong leadership abilities; including managing and motivating a team

Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills

Build and maintain relationships with senior level personnel within customer accounts.

Collaborate with asset management and property teams to ensure investor needs are met

Manage team to ensure the timely and accurate recording, processing and reporting of all financial information for all portfolio assets.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Oversee and review special, monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Oversee fee calculations according to agreements.

Coordinate with all CPA firms to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting to all investors.
