Overall Maintenance and Implementation of Corporate Policy and Procedure for both Clinical and Non-Clinical.

10+ years practice management experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Management, required

Manage and oversee large team of regional leaders within the Ophthalmology division.

A highly skilled manager with well-rounded experience and lean knowledge in manufacturing environment is preferred.

Experience in the manufacturing process as a Plant Manager or above level with management responsibility is required.

Provide leadership, direction and management over manufacturing, engineering, materials, quality assurance/control, marketing, and sales for a plant.

Additional duties as assigned by management

Working knowledge of industry quality standards ISO 9001 and AS9100

Experience in the manufacturing environment of aerospace interconnection assemblies, high technology products and/or of electrical/electronic-manufacturing is highly desirable.

Knowledge of supplier management principles

Interpersonal skills (including conflict resolution and management)

Build and maintain relationships with senior level personnel within customer accounts.

Coach and support Store Managers, account owners and franchise owners on talent management, inventory management, brand standards and operational standards.

Strong understanding of inventory management to maximize business potential (i.e. product assortment, quantities, etc.)

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead change management initiatives throughout the organization

Proactively recruit, develop and retain Store Managers and store leadership as needed

Monitor and help manage inventory levels at each wholesale / franchise account to optimize sell-in and sell-out.

Monitor and respond as needed to customer experience surveys for owned and franchise stores

Collaborate with asset management and property teams to ensure investor needs are met

Manage team to ensure the timely and accurate recording, processing and reporting of all financial information for all portfolio assets.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Oversee and review special, monthly and quarterly financial reports.

Oversee fee calculations according to agreements.

Coordinate with all CPA firms to ensure timely and accurate tax reporting to all investors.
