Overview A Distribution Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing electrical distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications. They must be knowledgeable in electrical engineering principles and have the ability to create efficient and cost-effective designs. Detailed Job Description A Distribution Design Engineer is responsible for designing and developing electrical distribution systems for commercial and industrial applications. This includes designing and developing electrical systems for power distribution, lighting, and control systems. The engineer must be knowledgeable in electrical engineering principles and have the ability to create efficient and cost-effective designs. The engineer must also be able to work with other engineers and technicians to ensure that the design meets the customer's needs. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of electrical engineering principles

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
