Receiving Lead (Distribution Center / Warehouse)

Shift: 1st / 6:00 AM – Completed (approx. 2:30 PM)
Assist in the training and development of associates in the department.
Assist associates in the department with completing assigned tasks so that all deadlines are met.
Assist with creating associate work schedules to ensure that there is adequate coverage in the department.

Detailed Job Description The Distribution Center Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a distribution center warehouse. This includes managing staff, ensuring safety and security, and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing inventory, and ensuring that all orders are shipped and received correctly. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing staff, and providing feedback and guidance. Job Skills Required
