Previous retail, food, or customer service experience

Verify the validity of identification of guests as per state regulations.

Learn guests’ names and favorite products

Work with team members to open and close the store

Wash and sterilize company workstations and tools.

Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Maintain a hefty knowledge of strains, products, consumption methods, and cannabis culture.

Maintain a tidy, safe, and inspiring store experience.

Accurate and timely data entry of customer information.

Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis laws and regulations.

Friendly with exceptional customer service skills.
