Documenting and tracking customer calls to include writing up job cards and entering such into electronic job management system.
Accounts receivable management/collections, customer service, accounts payable, and general office administration
Manage intake of job calls, coordinating with Operations Manager and Technicians to ensure jobs are communicated and scheduled timely.
Experience performing like work within a franchise and/or construction/technical/mechanical service type business environment is highly desired.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
2-3 years of general office experience. Experience in a service-related or similar industry is a bonus.
