-Experience in logistics - dispatching for CDL-Class A trucks (2+ years) preferred.

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

We are currently seeking an experienced Transportation / Logistic Dispatcher for our manufacturing operations.

Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Experience using PC, Database and Mainframe applications

Dispatcher - CDL Truck Dispatcher / Logistics Dispatcher - Lebanon, PA

Maintains Vacation Schedule for Transportation Department

Ensure transportation safety compliance & focus on communication are stressed daily.

Plan trips for most economical and efficient routing and to ensure timely pickup and delivery of orders.

Maintain records of signatures, printed name, date, and time of delivery from technicians or client contact and document other delivery information.

Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

Coordinates and communicates operational problem-solving options/plans with company managers and supervisors and with appropriate airline personnel.

1 - 3 years’ experience of fueling operations preferred

Prior airline experience is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Coordinates the implementation of the emergency/significant event notification system; ensure appropriate company and airline(s) responsible regulatory Officials are notified; document accordingly.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Working closely with the Office Manager in regards to qualification, hiring, training and retention of drivers

Strong computer skills – good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills and problem solving ability

Professional driving experience is a plus

- Minimum of 2 year of port - drayage dispatching experience and operations in the trucking industry

Managing operation of steady routes; dispatching and scheduling appointments with terminals, pick-ups and drop offs

Knowledge of the sport of triathlon is a plus, but not a requirement.

Develop XC Merchandise - work with designers, manage inventory levels, pack/ship globally.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (InDesign), Basecamp.

Create & implement efficient methods of collecting and exchanging pertinent details with XC athletes.

Work with the marketing team on promotion of the XC program to athletes within the CRM system.

Maintain relationships with IRONMAN partners, vendors and professional triathletes associated with the XC program.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Manage all paperwork for driver manifests and invoicing.
