Director Of Youth And Young Adult Services Jobs

Performs duties and responsibilities assigned by Manager in the effort of providing coordinated care to client.

Provides excellent internal and external customer service assistance, providing knowledgeable and appropriate information to customers.

Participate in the evaluation process of Wellbriety prevention activities and recovery related educational outreach efforts.

Maintains awareness of personal feelings, prejudices, reactions, vulnerabilities and fears and ensures these do not hinder patient care

Refers participants to the appropriate resources if they are unable to benefit from coaching.

Collect monthly rent checks for non-PRC eligible residents and return to Wellbriety Manager.

Educational and/or equivalence in experience requirements:

Facilitates groups for children, provides supportive counseling, and case management for children, as needed. (10%)

Takes part in the emergency management planning and response teams.

Participates in developing and implementing Children's Services program policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines with the CPO. (5%)

Coordinates meaningful, fun, and engaging services for children and families in shelter. (10%)

Engages families to encourage them to participate in the programing and youth services. (10%)

Demonstrated knowledge of operations and healthcare management; Nurse Practice Act, TJC and other local, state and federal regulations.

Directs budget management and resource allocation.

Manages and resolves human resource, labor relations, employee and department safety and risk management issues.

Hires, fires and disciplines as part of performance management.

Master's degree in related field (nursing, health administration, business, public health or management).

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
