Director Of Technology Infrastructure Jobs

Defines, establishes, updates, manages, and reports on infrastructure and support Service Level Agreements.

Manages any IT incidents to resolution while communicating with impacted stakeholders/employees. Creates RCAs documenting the incidents.

Maintains the company’s adherence to technology requirements for security & privacy.

Analytical – Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.

Managing People - Provides regular performance feedback; Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth; Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external).

Develops, maintains, and enforce policies, standards, and procedures to ensure a robust and secure IT infrastructure.

Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud computing, networking and database management.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional growth and skill development.

Manages the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases and hardware/software assets.

Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of quality services.

Proven experience (7+ years) in IT leadership roles, preferably in a small/medium sized business environment.

Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms is required.

Exceptional project management skills and the ability to organize, plan, execute large-scale projects.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Knowledge of a variety of technology solutions, products, services, standards, and best practices.

Understands technology architecture with in-depth hands on experience in at least one area of technology

Knowledge of information technology development strategies.
