Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $5,025 - $6,000 per month

CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,025 - $7,159 per month

Coordinates and oversees management of the early alert management response system including tracking trends, data collection, measuring effectiveness and reporting.

Experience in presenting educational and training programs.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, writing and speaking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within an educational environment.

Experience in an educational setting. Specifically, a background demonstrating success in dealing with students, parents, faculty, and administrators.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 yrs of professional experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree requirement.

Excellent listening skills and demonstrated ability to identify essential components of information presented orally. Knowledge of academic vocabulary.

Experience: Completion of TypeWell skills test with passing performance.

Thorough knowledge of TypeWell speech-to-text software system and adherence to ATSP Code of Professional Conduct and TypeWell Transcriber Code of Ethics.

Experience: 250 or more documented actual transcribing hours.

Provide real-time communication access primarily to individuals who are Deaf or Hard of hearing using an advanced abbreviation software called TypeWell.

Responsible for developing risk management strategies to reduce the College’s liability as related to student organizations, programs, events, and activities.

Leads the development of print, electronic and web media management, communications, marketing, and public relations.

Effectively leads, motivates, supervises, trains, and evaluates a team of staff consisting of a Program Managers, Program Coordinator, and student staff.

Leads the development of multiple departmental budgets and engage in fiscally responsible decision making processes and outcomes.

Assists the Vice-President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students with evaluating and managing the Student Activity Fee allocations.

Reviews, revises, and maintains Student Life and Engagement policies and procedures.
