8+ years valid/current security, crisis management, or resiliency industry certifications

10+ years experience conducting fact finding and admission seeking interviews (Wicklander-Zulawski certified)

Proven blend of business acumen, independent judgment, technical expertise, and leadership skills

Ability to handle/manage rapidly changing priorities in a changing environment with a sense of urgency and professionalism
