• Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of SEC filings.
• Working with external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial statements and disclosures.
• Analyzing financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and completeness.
• Researching and interpreting SEC regulations and other applicable laws.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external auditors and other third parties.
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
