The Director of Rehab OT also works closely with other departments to ensure the highest quality of care for patients. The Director of Rehab OT is responsible for the following duties:

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the OT department
• Overseeing the budget and ensuring that the department is operating within its allocated resources
• Providing leadership and guidance to the OT staff
• Working closely with other departments to ensure the highest quality of care for patients
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the OT department and making necessary changes
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Participating in professional development activities
