10+ years demonstrated and relevant experience, including leadership in continuous process improvement initiatives and 5+ years within a pharmacy environment preferred.
Proven ability to manage distributed teams
Experience working with an MRP/ERP technology (e.g., NetSuite), WMS, automation integration layers, and Pharmacy Operating system.
Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills including the ability to write clear, concise technical documentation.
