Director Of Partner Support Operations Jobs in New York

5-10 years' experience in Consulting, market performance, implementation, and/or account management experience preferred.

Healthcare experience required. Skills and knowledge of D-SNP, CMS/CMMI programs, Medicare Advantage preferred.

Work with the Program Management team to scope projects and ensure timelines are met.

Manage relationships with executive partner stakeholders; lead ongoing partner governance including Joint Operating Committee meetings.

Translate Master Services Agreement scope into a blueprint for a high performing health plan product line.

Be the operational lead for key internal teams including Expansion, Product Management, Partner Success, TaaS Operations, and Engineering

Lead a highly skilled global team driving excellent outcomes for our portfolio of partnerships

Vision and own the partner support experience, including self serve, user experience, partner facing reporting and underlying tools and tech stack

Comfortable with analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python) and a willingness to further develop this skill set

Excited to mentor and manage a large and growing team

Minimum of 6 years of work experience, likely at a high-growth startup, established tech company, consulting, or financial firm
