Director Operations Maintenance Jobs in Florida

Expense Management: You will review and analyze the property budget to ensure expenses are maintained within guidelines.

Lead and participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs

Leadership: You will facilitate a high performing team through frequent communication and coaching of diverse skillsets to ensure property success.

EPA, state, HVAC and local certifications (required)

Pool and other state and local certifications (required)

Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property

Maintenance Director skills and requirements:

3+ years’ experience in health care, multiple housing, or related facility preferred.

Experience in Assisted Living preferred.

2+ years’ supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, and water supply systems.

Knowledge of state, federal, and OSHA regulations.
