Director Of Mill Operations Jobs

Two years of education, or equivalent experience, in customer service, sales, or childcare is required

Seeks to build relationships with members to provide a positive and memorable barre3 experience.

Drives and performs some sales duties by selling and upselling product offerings, classes, and retail to potential clients and existing members

Executes strong communication skills and a professional presence to staff and clients

Works on special projects with Studio Manager and Operations Manager

Must possess excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Possess and utilize excellent time management skills.

Minimum three years direct sales and sales management experience required.

Work closely with General Manager and Front Desk on Revenue Management.

Hotel Management, General Business or Marketing degree preferred.

Ability to deal with management, associates, guests, and general public in a courteous, tactful and patient manner.

Prepare annual revenue budget, annual marketing plan, and quarterly sales strategy reports with General Manager.

Execute set up and tear down for a wide variety of scheduled events, working closely with managers across property.

Organize, sort, and manage the storage of all Events Department supplies and materials.

Ability to operate fork lift, pallet-jack and hand-truck. Certification is a plus.

Other duties may be assigned and changes in responsibilities may occur.

Experience in warehouse delivery and receiving preferred.

Basic Computer Skills - Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).

Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of facility operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving operational data for reports.

Prepare written and oral reports on key business indicators for upper management and employees.

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of organization policies and goals.

Assist in planning, development, and implementation of operating and capital budgets.

Coordinates activities of departments such as operating, manufacturing, engineering, planning and maintenance to effect operational efficiency and economy.

Analyzes division or department budgets and operating cost to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
