Director Market Operations Jobs in Missouri

5 -10 years in a management role in a metals processing or distribution industry is preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor employees

Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives – e.g. lean manufacturing, 5S, 6 -sigma etc

Knowledge of statistical process control, warehousing, metal handling, equipment operation and transportation regulations and procedures

Oversees machine and building maintenance ensuring preventative maintenance programs are in place and followed to minimize downtime
