Manage staff of three in the accounting and finance department, oversee all finance, accounting, and tax functions.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred

Technology Skills: Excellent Excel skills, and solid familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems. As well as experience with ERP implementation.

Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.

Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages.

Five plus years of relevant work experience.

CPA is preferred, but not required.

Drive revenue management and lead investment decisions

Create financial models that assist business leaders to make appropriate revenue generating and management decisions

Keep all stakeholders informed of their approved budgets and assist with expense management to adhere to approved budgets

Ensure appropriate change management with new processes or process improvements throughout the DS business if necessary

Inculcate a culture of high performance through implementing robust performance management

Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting requirements in accordance with approved deadlines
