Project Management certification (PMP) and Bachelor's Degree in social science research or related field

Lead teams and support complex projects by providing exceptional supervision and management of people, tasks, and deliverables

Build effective project management and control processes and procedures aligned with PMBOK best practices

Apply functional expertise in performance management and strategic planning to drive lasting change

Manage teams and provide mission and innovation-focused support on complex management consulting projects for the Federal Government

1-3 years of relevant experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, visualization software (such as Tableau), and performance measures

Master's degree and robust professional experience in project design and resource mobilization, or a related sector of development assistance

10+ years of demonstrated experience designing projects and proposals in Gender Justice for USG donor agencies

15 years of justice experience, with at least 5 years in a management/leadership role.

Advanced knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements for Justice Facilities design.

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required. Master’s degree preferred.

Serves as Principal-In-Charge and/or Project Manager on one or more projects

Thorough knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines.

Knowledge of buildingSMART, Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IDP).

Build, manage, and supervise a 3-person team.

Experience working with people living in poverty or experiencing homelessness.

5+ years of legal experience in positions of increasing responsibility.

Experience as a team leader or supervisor

Experience working on legislative advocacy and policy initiatives.

Manage the project’s day-to-day work, including project development, ongoing management and project monitoring and evaluation.

Coordinate closely with related Community Catalyst programs to assure maximum synergy and learning, including relevant members of Senior Management.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the political process and its interface with health policy and social justice.

Track federal, state and local policy developments in sub-grantee focus areas in order to offer strategic guidance.

Bachelor’s degree plus at least 8-10 years relevant work experience and 5+ years relevant advocacy experience.

Experience with grassroots organizing campaigns led by and that build power for those most impacted by health care disparities
