Previous youth ministry and/or parish experience

Coordinate, plan, and lead our combined middle and high school summer camp.

Outgoing personality and strong people skills with an ability to relate to all ages.

Be a champion for Northwest Bible Church vision and mission.

Recruit and shepherd adult volunteer leaders who are passionate and capable of fully investing in the lives of early childhood families.

Plan and prepare weekly worship service by creating and coordinating worship, teaching, and small groups.

Prepare and provide resources for small group and large group lessons.

Meet regularly individually and collectively with adult leaders and parents in early childhood ministry.

Responsible for planning, preparation, and management of the budget for designated area(s) of responsibility.

May manage the performance and outcomes of staff members of designated area(s) of responsibility.

Maintains professional competency by continuing education and formation through regular attendance at meetings, workshops and seminars.

Excellent administrative and organization skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Primarily concerned with the faith formation of those youth in middle school and high school (grades 6-12)
