Overview The Director of Human Integration is responsible for overseeing the integration of human resources into the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful integration of new employees, as well as managing the integration of existing employees into new roles. The Director of Human Integration is also responsible for ensuring that the organization's human resources policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Detailed Job Description The Director of Human Integration is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful integration of new employees into the organization. This includes developing onboarding plans, conducting orientation sessions, and providing training and support to new employees. The Director of Human Integration is also responsible for managing the integration of existing employees into new roles, including developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful transition of employees into new roles. The Director of Human Integration is also responsible for ensuring that the organization's human resources policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
