Plan and manage property-level budgets for property activation and events and certain administrative expenses.

Assist leasing and brokerage representatives with identification of potential tenants in research ecosystems that are relevant to each building’s knowledge community.

Minimum five years professional work experience across any of the following:

You have 10+ years experience in product management leadership, preferably in SaaS applications with Fintech and/or Payments experience

You know how to lift the business through an end to end focus on customer experience

You have a BA/BS degree in computer science, or have equivalent experience

You work with Scrum/Agile design, AB testing, and KPI measurements

You embrace change and hyper-growth with the nimble ease of a dancer and know how to lead teams through it

Lead product design teams by providing hands on guidance, oversight, and mentorship to the teams

3 years of experience as a leader of a management team of a rapidly growing business with multiple locations.

Background in veterinary health-field and management or medical director or hospital administrator level experience preferred.

Collaborate with People Operations to align strategy in recruiting, retention, learning, and change management (and all human resource-related aspects).

DVM or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management (or equivalent).

Engage with hospital teams to gain a strong knowledge of the local market.

Create a positive experience throughout all client and patient touchpoints throughout the ecosystem.
