The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage and develop a high-impact recruiting team

─ Exceptional leadership skills in building, developing, and managing teams.

─ Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to generate creative and innovative solutions to complex problems.

─ Experience working with a variety of candidate sourcing and screening tools and technologies.

Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years’ administrative office, project management, finance, or accounting experience in a nonprofit setting.

Develops and ensures understanding and compliance with emergency and risk management plans. Oversees organizational insurance needs.

Prior experience working in social justice and/or reproductive spaces is desired but not a requirement.

Ability to effectively work remotely and manage a remote team.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as relevant to the position.

Strong financial, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
