Lab experience in microbiology and molecular biology

Laboratory experience – biochemical assays, HPLC, etc.

Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Assistance with ensiling and feeding trials;

Assistance with in-vitro trials and assays;

Molecular biology – DNA extraction, real-time qPCR;

Experience in test, analysis and/or configuration management positions desired

Develop standardized processes to support AS9100 certification

Prioritize, schedule and manage the work of the team

Manage engineering software needs and costs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 10 + years of experience leading teams

Provide knowledge of industry best practices that provide for a simple customer experience balanced meeting regulatory requirements.

Demonstrate subject matter expertise in SCRA, and the management of highly regulated processes (SCRA, MLA, Probate, Bankruptcy, Reg E Disputes)

Establish key MIS and QA/QC functions to ensure visibility of all trends and present to senior management.

Provide leadership and coaching to our team to drive strong performance outcomes on productivity, compliance, and member experience.

Experience in SCRA process improvement/automation strongly encouraged

Knowledge and/or understanding of Probate, Bankruptcy, and Regulation E
