This includes developing and implementing a coaching philosophy, recruiting and selecting coaches, and providing ongoing support and guidance to coaches. The Director of Coaching is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders in the organization. The Director of Coaching will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive coaching program that is in line with the organization’s mission and goals.
