Director Of Clinical Product Management Jobs in Indiana

Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with T2’s policies and applicable laws.

Hires, develops, motivates, and manages the Product Management team.

Participates in the creation and manages the responsible product line budget.

Establishes and manages product KPI’s and updates pricing models.

Directly manages the Product Managers within their portfolio.

A bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree (M.B.A.) or other business school education is an asset

10+ Years of experience in Product Management

Have a bias towards action and an iterative, test and learn approach to product management

Partner with cross-domain product and engineering teams to build best-in-class experiences for the Collectibles customer

The candidate should have experience managing highly matrixed product teams

Lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of products

Deliver on key strategic priorities and build a forward looking plan

Lead the product management team in developing and executing the product strategy for workforce management and employee experience products.

Experience developing and launching successful workforce management and employee experience products.

Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term goals, and making trade-offs when necessary.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
