Drive communication rhythm and measurement of key priorities, goals and QBR’s in coordination with the Strategic Program Management Team

Excellent writing skills. Previous experience crafting c-suite level communications is highly preferred

Self-starter with proven financial and analytical skills

Ambitious approach with proven experience working with innovative consumer brands that have a strong digital brand presence

Experience using data visualization tools and PowerPoint/Word to persuasively communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences

7-10 years of experience in one or more of these areas: strategy, operations, operations enablement, and process improvement

Provide knowledge of industry best practices that provide for a simple customer experience balanced meeting regulatory requirements.

Demonstrate subject matter expertise in SCRA, and the management of highly regulated processes (SCRA, MLA, Probate, Bankruptcy, Reg E Disputes)

Establish key MIS and QA/QC functions to ensure visibility of all trends and present to senior management.

Provide leadership and coaching to our team to drive strong performance outcomes on productivity, compliance, and member experience.

Experience in SCRA process improvement/automation strongly encouraged

Knowledge and/or understanding of Probate, Bankruptcy, and Regulation E
