Building and supporting a team of content developers skilled in adult learning for collaboration across all departments within the organization.

Proven experience in driving organizational learning / development transformation

Multi-dimensional abilities to work on simultaneous tasks, across teams, and through various levels of the organization.

Exceptional human relations skills, with proven leadership in managing teams to accomplish goals

Outstanding oral presentation and writing skillsets
