Strong communication and project management skills

LOCATION: Remote - United States only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Partial overlap)

Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience

Demonstrable experience in concepting and delivering complex design solutions

Strong editorial design skills. You have an eye for photography selection and combining imagery

Master of design tools. You are fluent with Figma & Adobe Suite. After Effects skills are appreciated but not required.

Experience with brand design systems, with strong typography, composition and messaging hierarchy.

High level of craftmanship, organization skills and detail-oriented problem solver.

Email Marketing: Elevate our email marketing by building best-in-class templates that get folks excited about plant-based eating.

Growth Marketing: Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Analytics teams to develop on-brand ad creative that engages and performs.

Ability to manage their own design projects from start to finish

Experience in translating consumer trends and insights into packaging design solutions

Outstanding communication skills with in-house departments, asking the right questions and working with partners to hand off files seamlessly

3-5 years of experience in packaging design in house; agency experience is a plus

Experience designing packaging and a portfolio to reflect that work

CPG experience is a plus
