Detailed Job Description Diet Technician Registered is responsible for assessing the nutritional needs of individuals and groups, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and monitoring and evaluating outcomes. DTRs work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, and private practice. Job Skills Required
