Development Strategy Associate Jobs in California

A minimum of 2 years of experience at a consulting firm, corporate strategy team, investment bank, PE or VC firm

Strong analytical and financial abilities to work on complex business issues with minimum supervision

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to work with and influence key internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of High-tech, Automotive, Energy, or Agriculture industries are a plus, with demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in new areas

Experience building financial models on Excel and developing high-quality presentations on PowerPoint

Corporate Development: Identify and assess M&A targets for acquisition. Work with internal and external stakeholders on deal execution.
