Development Services Technician Jobs

Attends training, meetings, seminars and/or workshops to enhance job knowledge and skills; and

Three (3) years of relevant prior experience;

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Knowledge of basic zoning, planning, surveying, real estate, and development terminology;

Knowledge of addition and subtraction, multiplication and division and/or calculating ratios, rates and percent;

Ability to perform semi-skilled work involving set procedures and rules but with frequent problems;

Technical Data Entry experience or experience with EnerGov data management system

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Perform general routine records management duties, such as filing, and researching in accordance with the Library of Virginia Records Retention Act

Be responsible for various cash handling responsibilities

Experience in processing various types of customer requests

Experience processing financial transactions and/or creating/processing invoices

What are the minimum qualifications?

Represent the division or department at various civic, community, or other agency meetings or work sessions as needed.

Respond to public inquiries fostering understanding and interpreting the comprehensive plan, land use process, regulations, and specific infrastructure master plans.

Advise the Planning Commission, Hearing's Officer, City Council, or various committees on Public Works programs.

Must pass the pre-employment background check.

Six (6) years of experience in asset management, finance, engineering, appraisals or title closing work, including considerable public contact.

Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, engineering, public administration, real estate or related field.

Provides the business strategy and business management for the Airport’s and PFIC’s commercial development asset management and facility assessment program.

The non-airline tenant and utility property management (includes boundary integrity, utility/rights-of-way and Reverted Properties Process);

The asset management associated with non-airline tenants and related Airport Board and PFIC property; and

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.

Assist with setups and changeovers with adherence to SOPs and safety requirements

At least 1 year of manufacturing or related experience is preferred

Understanding specific cleaning agents used to clean equipment and manufacturing suites

Cleaning of equipment per specific details in Work Instructions

Ensure all cleaning activities are documented in equipment and room logbooks, accurately and compliant with SOPs and FDA cGMP guidelines
