Overview Desktop Management Analyst Sr is responsible for providing technical support to end users and managing the desktop environment. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. The Desktop Management Analyst Sr is also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the desktop environment. Detailed Job Description The Desktop Management Analyst Sr is responsible for providing technical support to end users and managing the desktop environment. This includes installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. The Desktop Management Analyst Sr is also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the desktop environment. The Desktop Management Analyst Sr will also be responsible for providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing assistance with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software. The Desktop Management Analyst Sr will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to the desktop environment, including hardware and software inventory, system configurations, and user accounts. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ability to install and configure hardware and software
• Ability to create and maintain documentation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in desktop support
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with network protocols and technologies
