What is Desktop Infrastructure Skill Requirements?

• Knowledge of desktop operating systems, such as Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
• Knowledge of hardware components, such as processors, memory, storage, and peripherals
• Knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS
• Knowledge of software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other productivity applications
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

What is Desktop Infrastructure Qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
