Overview Desktop Admin is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and other related hardware and software. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing technical assistance to users. Detailed Job Description Desktop Admin is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and other related hardware and software. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new systems, and providing technical assistance to users. They must be able to diagnose and resolve technical problems, as well as provide technical advice and guidance to users. They must be able to install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and other related hardware and software. They must also be able to troubleshoot network and system issues, and provide technical assistance to users. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• A+ certification or equivalent
• Experience with desktop computer hardware and software
• Experience with network systems and protocols
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
