Some key duties and responsibilities include:

Independent design for some aspects of electrical systems for commercial buildings

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans and drawings

Knowledge and prediction of physical principles, laws, and their interrelationships, and applications to understanding fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics

Skill in the use of CAD software and BIM

Design portions of a project related to mechanical systems according to code and IMEG standards

Research resources for commercially available equipment

Assist with good client relations, project design notebook, and provide documentation for permanent record files

Assist with design portions of a project related to discipline systems according to code and IMEG standards;

Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities

Experience and comfort with social media platforms

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Develop social media kits, post on social media, and proactively engage LinkedIn group members

Engage collaborating organizations around new collateral and events

Depending on bandwidth, potentially support other initiatives of the international team

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

6+ months experience or coursework in the following areas:

The candidate must be pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field.

Lint, CDC, formal equivalence checking.

In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.

Working closely with engineers and product managers to understand the product

Strong team working skills coupled with an ability to build trusted relationships with different people and groups

Experience of working in multinational, multicultural environments

Experience of prototyping tools such as balsamiq or Figma

Experience working in an Agile development environment
