• 5-12 years’ experience in a Regulated Industry (mid -career) àMedical Device Manufacturing 13485

• Minimum BS degree in an Engineering or comparable field

• Leadership over Degreed Personnel

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 7 years of experience leading in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.

Strong OEE experiences and the ability to turn data into actionable insights at the plant level.
